How selling by owner works here
- Prove the home is yours. We mail a code to the owner’s address on the county tax roll. Enter it, and your listing carries a verified-owner badge.
- Build your listing. Add the facts, your photos and your own words. A fair-housing check reads them, and a person on our team reviews every listing before it goes live.
- Go live for a flat fee. No commission. Buyers write to you directly and ask for tours on your calendar. We don’t sell leads.
- Close with the title company you choose. Earnest money goes only to the title company, never to a person. We take no cut of the sale, and we neither pay nor take referral fees.
